The Marketing Conference Blog focuses on various marketing conferences around the United States with a heavy focus on new media and internet marketing conferences. It began as a complement to Online Marketing: Innovations That Work, an August 2007 internet marketing conference in Southpointe / Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

While this blog will continue to write about other conferences and related themes, its focus now shifts to a West Virginia executive conference series, Next Generation Marketing. These conferences will take place all around the state (Charleston, Huntington, Martinsburg, Morgantown, and Wheeling) in Spring 2008. Feel free to visit the main site if you would like to learn more or register.

This blog itself is maintained by Paul Woodhouse whose award-winning blog, The Tinbasher, is world-renowned for helping almost double turnover at Butler Sheetmetal in the UK and is due to be archived by the British Library. He and the blog have also featured in a few broadsheets, the odd book and other blogging efforts have seen him interviewed by the BBC.

During the original Next Generation Marketing series, this blog also incorporated posts from Jeff James of Mythology, Skip Lineberg of Maple Creative, and Justin Seibert of Direct Online Marketing and their corporate blogs.   You may visit their blogs at:
