Justin- I knew that you were a top-notch marketing guy, but I didn't know that you were such a gifted songwriter/lyricist. All I can say is: It is great to be back. Thanks for your advice, support and friendship.

I attended the Next Generation marketing seminar in Morgantown last week and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The location at the Waterfront Place was excellent. The material was very helpful and I have already used the The "Discipline of Differentiation" and "Inspiring customers to become advocates" material in a manager 's meeting.

The material presented was good and well done by the speakers. Those who spoke all were interesting, informative and I would highly recommend the seminar. It was and would be a good investment of both your time and money!

Brad - Thanks again for coming. The evals we got back from everyone rated you very well. Folks were able to take specifics from what you did and think about how they could apply them to their own organizations - even though they don't have a lot of the built in advantages of WVU's Athletic Department. It's exciting to see you take such an active role in how you can promote the Mountaineers with these new techniques. Can't wait to see the Pat White campaign!
