Lindsay works in online community building, managing the corporate blog for Spreadshirt and the website.

Background:

Prior to working online, Lindsay has spent the past 3 years working on all aspects of political campaigns from volunteer management to fundraising.  Lindsay is the cofounder of IheartPGH.com; a popular blog and resource listing for Pittsburgh. Lindsay is also the city captain for Metroblog Pittsburgh.

Lindsay is a national council member for the League of Young Voters and a founder and steering committee member of Progress Pittsburgh.

Lindsay graduated from Cornell University with a degree in American Studies. When she is not blogging Lindsay enjoys knitting, rollerblading and searching for more places in Pittsburgh that she didn't know existed.

Learn how to read, write and set-up blogs from the point of view of them benefitting your business and its marketing efforts. Learn which software to use, what RSS feeds are, and how to develop an engaging voice for your business.

IheartPGH.com was started by Natalia and Lindsay in the fall of 2005. After having studied, worked and lived all over the world, Natalia and Lindsay moved back home, and met while working on a political campaign to engage young voters. Relieved to be back in place where everyone knew their name (and a thousand bucks rent got you a house and not a shoebox), they agreed that their hometown was one of their favorite places in the world.

IheartPGH.com is a place to showcase all the people, places, and things we love about our hometown. Sometimes the things we love about Pittsburgh are not so easy to find, and we hope this site can help uncover some of those hidden gems. We encourage long-time and honorary Pittsburghers, transplants and ex-pats to spread the word about its awesomeness.
