Current Position:

Steve is a Strategic Business Consultant for WebTrends Inc.

Background:

Steven Colón has more than 20 years of experience in driving optimized marketing initiatives based on a keen understanding of customer's business goals and objectives and an ability to translate those requirements to technology marketing solutions. In his role as Strategic Business Consultant at WebTrends, Colon is responsible for working directly with the sales and marketing teams to address the business needs of the more than 150 WebTrends customers.

Colón joined WebTrends in November of 2005 from DoubleClick, where he served as the company's Sales Director of Enterprise Marketing Solutions. In that role, he was responsible for defining the company's business strategy to increase market share and build and sustain customer relationships. Prior to that, he was the Regional Sales Director for Revenio a start up Marketing Automation company later aquired by Vignette. Colón has also held sales executive positions with WatchIT, Giga Information Group (now Forrester Research) and Fujitsu ICL. He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the American International College.
